Some privacy laws give you extra rights depending on where you live. Here are the general information about those extra rights.

EU / UK Customers — Your GDPR Rights
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- know what personal data we have about you
- correct any wrong or incomplete information
- ask us to delete your data
- download your data (data portability)
- limit or object to how we use your data
- withdraw your consent (for newsletters, cookies, etc.) at any time

US Customers — Your Privacy Rights
Some US states give extra privacy rights. If you live in one of these states, you may have the right to:

- receive your data in a portable format

Categories of Data We Collect (US requirement)
The types of information we may collect include:
- identifiers (name, email, address)
- order information
- payment status (never full card numbers)
- browsing activity (cookies, pages visited)
- device information (phone, computer, browser)
We only use this information to run our store, ship orders, help customers, and improve the website and will in any case never sell your personal information.
California based customers — Your Privacy Rights
The CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) and its update, the CPRA (California Privacy Rights Act), are privacy laws that protect people who live in California.
Under CCPA/CPRA, people who live in California can:
- know what personal information we collect
- ask to access or delete their data
- ask to correct inaccurate data
- opt-out of “selling” or “sharing” your data
If you want to specifically request “do not share my data”, just email us and we will confirm it.
For your security, we may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting or sharing your data (for example by providing your order number or email address).
