EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

 

 

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the 30-day period by contacting us at hello.moonoria@gmail.com or by submitting a request through your account:

1. Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Return shipping costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and will include the standard outbound shipping costs paid at the time of the order.

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Oopsy series products
• Mystery bags such as What is Your Ami Bam?
• Any other products exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
