By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made on the Moonoria website, in accordance with French law.

 

Products

Moonoria sells jewelry made primarily from stainless steel.

We aim to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions, however: 

  • slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings-
  • measurements are approximate
  • limited-edition items may differ slightly between batches

Moonoria cannot be held responsible for minor discrepancies between the product image and the actual item.

 

Prices

Prices displayed on the website are in euros (€).

As a micro-enterprise:

VAT is not applicable (article 293B of the French Tax Code)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Moonoria reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but orders will always be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

 

Payment

Payments are processed securely via: Shopify Payments, Credit/Debit Card & PayPal.

Moonoria does not store any payment information.

The order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received.

 

Shipping

Moonoria ships to France and worldwide (except minors exceptions due to the geopolitical situation)

Processing time:

In stock orders are prepared and shipped within 24–72 business hours. 

Preorder items are not in hand and can take up to 3 months before being prepared.

Delivery times (estimated):

  • France: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues or/and peak seasons

Moonoria cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays.

A tracking number is sent once the order ships.

 

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International customers may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Moonoria does not cover customs-related charges or delays.

 

Returns & Refunds

Key points:

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be undamaged, and in original packaging

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless Moonoria made an error

Refunds issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after the return is processed

Free gifts are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds

 

 Intellectual Property

All content on the Moonoria website—including texts, images, graphics, logos, and product photos—is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

 

Use of personal Data

Moonoria processes personal data in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Liability

Moonoria cannot be held liable for: 

  • technical failures
  • website interruptions
  • external cyberattacks
  • force majeure events
  • incorrect use of products

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will always be preferred before legal action.

If no agreement is found, the dispute will be handled by the competent French courts.
